Enterprise Risk Manager Jobs, Hong Kong SAR
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the enterprise risk management (ERM) process for the Company’s strategic projects/programmes, including risk identification, assessment and evaluation
- Work closely with the Internal Stakeholders Sponsors, Business Managers and Project Managers to ensure risks identified are tracked, monitored and addressed adequately and appropriately
- Maintain an oversight, in the form of regularly updated risk register and risk profile, of the risk trends for the project
- Maintain a risk oversight of the project programme (in particular the interdependencies, critical paths and deliverables) and to adequately address the risk factors that could negatively affect the progress and programme feasibility
- Communicate regularly with different stakeholders regarding the risk profile changes of our strategic projects/programmes
- Ensure the linkage between strategic projects/programmes and ERM is maintained and reviewed for effectiveness and efficiency
- Prepare training, briefings and presentation packages for communicating project risk exposures to Business Managers
- Undertake scenario analysis to assist Sponsors and Business Managers for decisions/options evaluation within the project context
- Conduct research on emerging economic and political trends in the macro environment, to identify potential risks and potential impact on the risk management framework and risk appetite
Requirements
- Degree in business related discipline and relevant professional qualifications in Risk Management
- At least 8 years of proven experience in risk management, risk controls management, project management, consulting and at least 3 years in project leadership role
- Proven experiences in assessing risks and programme management for large infrastructure and/or information technology projects
- Excellent knowledge of risk management and project management with the flexibility to apply risk management principles in different context
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experience in working with projects related to Mainland China desirable
