Enterprise Risk Manager, Trading House, Permanent, £65,000 to £85,000
A unique and very trading house is seeking a specialist within Enterprise Risk to actively manage the Enterprise Risk Management Framework whilst engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure embedding of a strong risk aware culture.
By managing the group ERM framework, you will prepare the ERM committee and review the firms ICAAP process, and be fully involved in the Groups risk appetite level.
Due to the wide exposure to front office professionals, an understanding of financial products is important within this role. Also whilst this role leans towards Operational Risk, an appreciation of Market Risk and Credit Risk is important.
Responsibilities:
Manage the groups Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Ensure major risks are analysed and addressed
Monitor and address group Risk appetite
Produce ICAAP group report
Stakeholder management – both internal and external
You must have:
Experience in Enterprise Risk Management
Financial Products experience: bonds, equities, derivatives, commodities, swaps etc.
Ideally degree educated and / or Risk certified
Knowledge of Basel II / Basel III and ICAAP
Strong stakeholder management experience.
