Enterprise Risk Policy Manager recruitment
This role will initially be focused on assessing risk frameworks, governance, methodologies and profiles; ICAAP delivery, undertaking stress testing and project coordination
Key responsibilities
- Oversight, project management, co-ordination, and delivery of the ICAAPs
- Development and implementation of of policies and processes to meet emerging regulatory requirement on Stress Scenario Testing
- Ensuring that risk policies become embedded in the organisation through active engagement with all key stake-holders: business leaders, risk managers, compliance, etc.
- Monitoring and advising on Economic Capital deployment across our range of risk types and business lines.
Key experience required
A good first degree in a finance/economics or other appropriate discipline.
· Experience in a capital management, regulatory or risk policy role
· An understanding of concepts pertaining to ICAAPs, Pillar 2 and Economic capital
· Previous ICAAP experience would be advantageous
· Risk management experience
· Understanding of regulatory framework for bank capital e.g. Basel 2
Familiarity with emerging standards in risk policies from BCBS, CEBS and FSA.
