The role: Enterprise Online Sales Operations Manager, Google Apps Help the globe "go Google."A Google's Enterprise teams work with schools, companies and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile and collaborative by using Google cloud computing to get their work done. On the Sales Operations team, you help fellow Sales Googlers by performing budgeting, planning, and analysis activities--and your passion for the magic of Google products like Apps and Chrome. Not only do you provide invaluable financial and budgeting input, but you also devise new ways for us to communicate with potential leads and bring them into the Google fold. Your razor-sharp insight means you excel at customer segmentation, acquisition and retention. You marry clean communication with strong analytical skills and a solid commitment to providing customers with a Googley customer experience. You also peer into the future for us; you examine and analyze statistical data to forecast marketing trends and to identify potential new markets for Google Enterprise. Help Google Enterprise grow and continue improving businesses the world over. Responsibilities: * Define go-to-market sales strategy for Google Apps in the SMB segment across online sales, inside sales, and partner channels. * Provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team. Identify and groom future leaders of the organization. * Scale your team by capitalizing on opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency by driving key automation and productivity initiatives. * Establish key relationships cross-functionally and with sales management, product management and product marketing to identify and attack growth opportunities. Minimum Qualifications: * BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or Communications. In lieu of education, 4 years of relevant experiences. Preferred Qualifications: * MBA. * An independent, self-motivated leader who has a track record of managing teams successfully and working at both highly tactical and strategic levels. * Strong consultative selling experience and sales management experience.
