As part of the world-wide Enterprise Software marketing team within IPG, you will be responsible for developing strategies and tactical marketing programs to generate awareness and leads for HP Exstream software and solutions in the Asia Pacific Region.
HP Exstream software enables enterprise businesses to create targeted customer communications and deliver them to virtually any print or electronic channel. Global enterprise customers can leverage HP Exstream to build loyalty and form long-lasting customer relationships, save millions of dollars annually and drive top-line revenue growth.
The Enterprise Software marketing team is chartered with developing messaging, marketing strategies and tactical programs worldwide aimed at key vertical industries including Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Utilities, and the Public Sector. The Enterprise Software Marketing Manager for the Asia-Pacific Region will be chartered with developing and executing the entire regional marketing program in collaboration with regional sales teams based in Singapore and Australia, while ensuring continuity and collaboration with world-wide marketing programs and practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with regional marketing leaders in MES, IPG and other HP groups to ensure regional consistency and to build and leverage internal HP resources appropriate for driving HP Exstream success in the region. As a collaborative and creative member of the Enterprise Software Marketing team, you will:
• Develop, drive and evaluate key image-building, awareness building and/or promotional/demand generation programs and contact strategies across audiences, industries, sales channels or businesses - in direct support of revenue targets
• Plan, execute and measure integrated marketing programs, including content-driven campaigns, events and programs designed to promote HP Exstream to targeted verticals
•Drive a coordinated customer reference process across a business, industry or geography including customer community development and case study development
• Establish, track and measure business group or country measurements of success (calls, clicks, leads, revenue, etc.)
• Drive integrated communications initiatives with other businesses and teams across HP and with customers/partners
• Select, manage and motivate agency and/or contractors
• Manage Go-to-Market plans and budgets within the region
• Ensure continuity of messages, themes and branding with world-wide initiatives
Education and Experience Required:
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration
• 7+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, including marketing communications, program management, budgeting and event management
• Experience marketing sophisticated software solutions to enterprise businesses
• Industry vertical experience marketing to one or more of our targeted industry segments including Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare or public sector organizations
• Experience marketing personalized communications software solutions a plus
