Enterprise Solutions Consultant
- Coach/ Mentor/Advise/Educate US Mailing sales resources to drive the sale of profitable PB mail creation, table top, PBDS, and Image Capture solutions to corporate accounts.
- Develop an account strategy / business plan for the assigned territory that will drive increased Solutions revenue and profit.
- Establish and maintain executive relationships with line of business executives at assigned client accounts.
- Represent the Pitney Bowes brand (cross business unit) to uncover opportunities regardless of organization boundaries. (DMT, PBMS etc.)
- Develop qualified pipeline by solutions line of business to support sales targets.
- Achieve / exceed sales targets as assigned.
- Develop a client relationship plan that will improve client satisfaction and improve client retention rates through consistent client engagement.
- Develop a plan to identify competitively installed accounts and drive competitive displacements.
- Team with US mailing and marketing resources to develop "pipeline generation" activities.
- Team with Pitney Bowes customer services to coordinate account activities and improve the client experience.
- Deliver sales presentations that drive account development in targeted clients and prospects.
- Coach and mentor US Mailing sales teams on determining the customer's requirements and developing a sales strategy that will address client's requirements.
- Stay current on PB solutions products and offerings and maintain the appropriate level of solutions certification as defined by PB LP.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and utilize the PB opportunity management system to track pipeline of opportunities.
Qualifications
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of Sales experience focused on high - level solution-based and conceptual selling.
Knowledge of enterprise wide solutions and IS applications
Strong business problem skills which include solving integrated solutions problems
Proven track record of successful relationship building internal and external, business partnering with accounts and multi - resource team selling.
Experience team-building and interfacing with third parties, such as carriers, other vendors.
Must be able to apply computer and communication tools effectively to interact with customers, selling teams and other PB resources.
