And millions of patients benefit from getting the right care when they need it most. Current Need We're looking to hire an EnterpriseRx Software Support Copywriter. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing specifications and protocols in order to build our client support materials. Strong colloboration and communication will be necessary in order to interface with appropriate internal groups and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate and aligned with the overall goals of the organization. This individual will partner with development staff, product management and regulatory team members to develop written interpretations of data and other information for a general client readership. Duties include researching, writing and editing a range of clinical, technical and regulatory documents, including, but not limited to software release alerts, knowledge central articles, training guides, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, assessment tools and other educational materials. Other responsibilities may include developing content for support web portal, assisting in the preparation of presentations of data, and providing talking points and key message frameworks to support staff. Also coordinates the distribution of these materials to internal and external audiences. Some after hours availability may be required periodically. Position Description Responsible for editing, rewriting, and authenticating technical user manuals, application papers, product descriptions, data sheets, and specification books. Receives text from technical staff and rewrites documentation in a clear and concise style. Improves editorial and visual standards for documents and recommends new designs, layouts, and procedures as needed. Minimum Requirements 2+ years experience in technical editing/writing Requires strong writing, editing, proofreading and researching skills. Proficiency with traditional proofreaders marks a must. Candidates will be expected to present a portfolio. Software skills include: Editing functions of Acrobat Word a must Additional Knowledge Skills Software skills include: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite 4, Marketo, Salesforce.com desired. Project planning and storyboarding experience skills a plus.
