Entitlements Analyst recruitment

Specific Responsibilities for the Corporate Action Analyst will be:

* Experience of processing and reconciling all corporate action events across all markets ensuring
event details/deadlines are communicated clearly and responses submitted prior to agent
deadlines (dividends, coupons, rights issues, bonuses, div/scrip options, warrant exercises, bond
conversions, consolidations, stock splits, demergers, open offers, takeovers/mergers,
certifications, redemption's, drawings, put options, etc.).
* Knowledge of manufactured dividends, stock loan processing and double taxation agreements.
* Cross-check/validate all corporate action announcements received, keeping accurate
comprehensive records.
* Process and reconcile all equity dividends and fixed income coupons to ensure cash is collected
promptly and reasons given for any delay.
* Process all proxy vote requests.
* Ensure all tasks are shared evenly and equitably across the team, and training/support provided
where necessary.

* Good experience with reconciliation processes would be beneficial
* With time, the successful candidate will also become more integrated into the daily corporate action
process, so a keenness to learn is essential
