The ideal engineering candidate is a highly motivated, self-starting, individual who enjoys working with others to develop custom engineering solutions. Up to 15% domestic travel for customer on-site work may be required. Must be an out-of-the-box thinker who is detail oriented can analyze, organize, set priorities, and multi-task in a fast-paced engineering environment for on-time customer delivery is key.
As a member of the Hardware Engineering team, this candidate shall report to the VP of Engineering and work very closely with software and hardware engineering staff for complete design and development solutions. This individual shall be responsible for working with software and hardware engineers during joint project development efforts. This individual will specifically be involved in: meeting customers, capturing and interpreting documentation or requirements; developing technical specifications and ATPs; designing custom interface circuitry and/or UUT fixturing; end-solution prototyping and integration with measurement hardware, in accordance with ARC procedures.
