- Maintain platform software components for embedded data collection terminal
- Maintain packaging and builds for kernel, third party software, rootfs for service packs and new product development
- Support product roadmap related research and evaluation activity on embedded hardware and firmware
- Work collaboratively with software and hardware team to deliver high quality products
- Experience in embedded Linux
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Experience in design, implementation and testing of embedded firmware on embedded platform
- Experience with board support packages and board bring up activities desirable
- Knowledge of embedded C/C++, and Debugging tools
