Job Description
- Day-to-day monitoring and controlling of our clients private equity portfolios
- Direct communication with our clients
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly client reports
- Data entry into client database of fund cash flows, financial statement information, and underlying portfolio company details
- Responsible for account and entry reconciliations, data integrity checks, and qualitative and quantitative analyses including forecasts and projections.
- Involvement in ongoing improvement of our processes and procedures and investment data base
- Preparation of management presentations
- Preparation of and assistance in external audits
- Close cooperation with other team members in Zurich and in the US
Job Qualifications
- Recent college/university graduate, Bachelor level or equivalent, working experience
not required - Strong motivation, willingness to learn and interest in Private Equity
- Detail- and deadline-oriented, pro-active with a high self-initiative and autonomy and willingness to assume responsibility
- Open to directly work with clients
- First experience in financial services like asset management and/or Private Equity beneficial
- Good Excel-skills and IT-affinity
- Strong German and English language skills (both verbal and written) required, other languages a plus
