Entry Level PC Technical Support Analyst

Position Description:
This person must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment, be a self starter and work under minimal supervision. Must be able to move and handle larger fragile packages of computer components that can weigh up to 70 pounds. Must manage projects and deliver on schedule while being an energetic team player.

- PC hardware repairs
- Inventory controls / database work
- PC diagnostics
- Heavy lifting
- Timely project work
- Shipping and receiving

Requirements:
- 1+ years of Technology Support experience, desktops, laptops and small printers
- 1+ years of Experience with PC operating systems including current Microsoft Operating Systems and MAC Operating Systems - ability to be A+ Certified in hardware repairs and practices
- Ability to lift 70+ pounds
- Ability to obtain a forklift training certificate from OSHA
- High School Diploma/GED
Assets:
- Fundamental understanding with Networking Principles, Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP), Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN)
- Any experience in a customer service role a plus
