No Security Clearance Required about security clearance definitions Position Description Works with management and employees to initiate and facilitate interactive discussions for medical restrictions and qualifications. Identifies essential job functions and reasonable accommodations, reassignment processes and potential outcomes. Works with third party administrators and Workers Compensation Administrators to assist with detailed claims management. Performs analysis to ensure consistent placement decisions. Facilitates employee's return to work. Documents, maintains and extracts employee case information and ensures data integrity and confidentiality. Provides early intervention to injured or ill employees to prevent time loss from work. Provides metrics to management. Ability to use this complete knowledge to contribute to the development of company policy related to medical confidentiality issues. Basic Qualifications For Consideration Do you meet the requirements as described in the "Typical Education and/or Experience" section of this requisition? Do you have experience within the last three (3) years working with injured/ill employees who have medical impairments from a Reasonable Accommodation, Workers Compensation, Return to Work and/or Disability Management perspective? Typical Education/Experience Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Job related information Candidates comfortable working independently and in a team decision making based environment are highly preferred. This position has a high level of daily face to face interaction with employees, managers and other resources working confidential and time sensitive issues via a variety of incoming sources. Candidate should possess a proven ability to manage a heavy case load and be able to prioritize work to adjust to incoming requirements. This position is fast paced, highly interactive and an individual who is open to change and is able to work and communicate professionally with diverse work groups and individuals is highly preferred. Additional working knowledge in areas dealing with Washington State Labor and Industries Laws, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) record keeping guidelines and Boeing internal processes is also highly desired.
