This is a newly created role to establish and manage the Enterprise Test Environments and Quality function within a large and complex technology and business Transformation Program.
Managing a team you will be developing and implementing Environment Management Quality Assurance best practices and control across all systems development, integration, UAT and Pre-production and facilitate hand-over into BAU.
Experience and Skills required:
- Experience of defining configuration management processes, schedules and activities across a complex programs of work
- Experience of planning for and working with complex infrastructure environments including capacity planning etc
- Demonstrated experience with software development process improvement and testing practices
- Strong knowledge of systems integration, installation, decommissioning
- Excellent Leadership and team management
- Good understanding of project methodologies,processes, governance and risk management
- Solid understanding of Quality Management
- Understanding of relevant ITIL standards, and Architecture
- An ability to build a network of effective relationships with technical and non technical stakeholders at all levels
