Environment Social and Governance (ESG) / Corporate Engagement / Corporate Affairs Manager
You will actively contribute to ESG integration work and work on research projects.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Research and analysis of company financial performance and strategy as well as in depth research into ESG risks and opportunities
- Client engagement and relationship management and report writing
- Drafting and implementing proxy voting policies
- Write responses to public policy consultations including regular dialogue with local regulators
- ESG research and integration activities
This role sits within the European team which advises over 7,000 companies. The team are responsible for a number of research projects, voting activities and participating in general meetings.
Skills, experience and knowledge requirements include:
- Degree educated or equivalent (accounting, business studies, finance or law preferred)
- A demonstrable understanding and interest in corporate affairs and ESG issues
- Work experience in a corporate development/strategy/governance/investor relations or consultancy
- Fluency in a second European language essential (Scandinavian or Italian highly advantageous)
- Financial literacy
- Solid understanding of how business works
- Initiative, influencing skills, time management skills
- Passionate about working in this sector
