Environmental Manager B.S. degree in Environmental related field required; M.S. degree preferred. Minimum 12 yrs. experience in environmental field or related experience. Minimum 3 yrs. experience in environmental management or related field. Knowledge of coal mining practices, processes and permitting requirements. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (SMCRA, CWA, RCRA, CAA and PA Title 25). Strong verbal/written communication skills And negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
