This national brand leader boasts a leading environmental law practice, with a strong presence in both planning and environmental law. In this rapidly growing market, the firm immediately requires the expertise of an experienced Environmental Lawyer to join the team.
In this newly created position, you will be involved in a mix of planning, water and environmental law matters, with a focus on development. You will act on the behalf of a number of leading developers, planners and engineers to manage incidents, be involved in investigations and negotiate with regulatory bodies.
To be considered you will require a minimum of 4 years experience in environmental law in the local market and some planning exposure. Previous litigation experience is essential. You will receive close mentoring from a respected partner and will be given every opportunity to build up your practice and truly make this role your own.
