Track record of bringing large scale remediation projects to delivery?
Find a balanced role between project directorship and internal team development. Utilise technical expertise on a project basis, but ensure the unified direction of your team with the rest of the company.
- Team Management: Balance resources, workload management, leadership team role, client management.
- Technical Projects: Strategically map out projects from inception to delivery, develop remediation strategies, oversee vapour extraction events, principal technical review, client regulatory liaison.
Group Leader is also a project director. Benefit from a close working relationship, and structure that allows you to take charge of your project team, occasionally including the State Manager.
A strong environment team, focused across large scale CLM including depots, refiners and terminals.
The right candidate for this role will have specifically lead a team, not project based, but a functional team. Strong technical expertise having lead your career into a strategic managerial role with a high end consultancy, large resources operator or at a high government level essential.
