Kleinfelder’s San Diego office has an exciting opportunity for a Environmental Project Manager to become a part of our growing environmental practice. This position is located in Downtown San Diego for ideal team and client interaction. This key leadership position will be supporting key contracts and other long-term and important clients/projects located throughout southern California.
The vital responsibilities associated with this position will include management of large value projects and task orders, as well as providing leadership on the larger environmental contracts. This position is through our project management career track and the ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of directly related experience, at least 4 years project management experience, exemplary written and oral communication skills, knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, and formal project management training or a well-developed knowledge of project management principles, required.
A scientific or engineering degree is required with graduate degree or professional registration considered a plus. Extensive CERCLA experience and project experience on federal facilities is required. This is an exciting opportunity and we look forward to a new leader joining the southern California team.
