Environmental Scientist Job in Brisbane 4000, Queensland Australia

An experienced and enthusiastic Environmental Scientist is required to join Mining projects, with a smaller emphasis on Infrastructure and Land Development.

Desired skills include;
• Development and Implementation of EIA, EMP and Approvals;
• Environmental Monitoring;
• Client and government liaisons and solid local legislation knowledge;
• High level report writing;
• Management of sub-consultants, and mentoring of junior consultants;
• Community negotiation skills;
• Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite;
• Presentation of timely advice for support staff.
 
You will be tertiary qualified in Environmental Engineering / Management / Science or another relevant discipline, and experience on mining projects will be highly regarded.
