Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager 2 for a large academic medical center (over 3.5 million cleanable square feet) to provide second shift (3 P.M. - 1 A.M.) oversight to approximately 25 frontline (hourly) employees. This position reports directly to an Operations Manager and is located at an award-winning, world class teaching hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. Some weekend and holiday work will be required for this manager. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous environmental services / custodial experience in a hospital setting as well as excellent administrative skills. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager. Qualifications Requirements: Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED Basic Management Experience - 1 year Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
