Crozer Chester is a 400 bed acute care facility. In this role, you will manage the hourly staff on the day shift, but may also be various shifts and will be responsible for the following (including but not limited to), quality assurance inspections, staff training, rounding, and patient / customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills. Position Summary : Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area.
