Environmental Services / Custodial Manager
Sodexo is seeking General Manager of Environmental Services / Custodial Services. This position will be responsible for all ES operations of a 200,000 square foot acute care facility in a suburb south of Atlanta, GA. This facility provides services in orthopedics, cardiology, oncology, rehabilitation and sleep medicine. Ideal candidate will have previous custodial / housekeeping management experience in a health care / hospital setting as a GM, knowledge of The Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies. Preferred candidates will have management experience in Environmental Services, Housekeeping and/or Custodial Services, strong experience in waste management along with proven ability to deliver superior results by directing and motivating a team of employees to complete assigned responsibilities while delivering exceptional customer service within a union environment. A sign on bonus is being offered. Make a clean break from the ordinary at Sodexo. Directs all housekeeping operations at a single unit. Supervises all cleaning personnel. Responsible for maintaining payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account. Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree Basic Management Experience - 2 years Basic Functional Experience - 2 years Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
