Sodexo is seeking an Operations Manager of Environmental Services / Custodial Services for Don Guanella Village, located in Springfield, Pennsylvania, 10 miles West of Philadelphia. There are two buildings and five cottages on this campus; in total the buildings house 160 full- time male residents with developmental disabilities and a day program serving an additional 75 to 100 residents and students daily. The skills preferred for this position include previous experience in environmental services within healthcare, previous supervisory experience, conflict resolution skills, and team building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for driving and improving the patient experience are desired. This housekeeping manager will need to implement Sodexo programs, policies and procedures while managing a team of 15, frontline employees.
