Sodexo is seeking an experienced Operations Manager 2 for the Environmental Services / Housekeeping Department at Fairview Riverside Hospital, a 450 bed academic medical center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Fairview Riverside Hospital is part of a four-hospital system in Minneapolis, Minnesota and they recently opened up a brand new patient tower. This position will be primarily responsible for the training and professional development of the team (45 client-paid, union FTEs and the eventual management of five Sodexo managers), while assuring that excellent quality of service is provided to patients and staff. The ideal candidate will have expert environmental services / custodial technical skills, demonstrated skills to direct others and a strong focus on the patient experience. Experience managing in a union environment is preferred. This manager will work mostly weekdays but must be flexible to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
