Come be apart of the first Cross Border initiative with Sodexo USA and Sodexo Canada. Sodexo Government Services has an opening for a Custodial Operations Manager to lead the housekeeping / environmental team at Bakken Oilfield of North Dakota. This remote site camp is located in Tioga, North Dakota. We will open with 600 rooms, and move to 2,500 rooms by spring. Phase 2 of this venture, will be in approx 6 months, in a site within 70 miles Salaried employees will work a turn around ( so many day's on site, so many day's home ( TBD ) All Salary employees are Sodexo - Sodexo manages a 3 rd party partner employees The best candidate must have a housekeeping leadership role Experience manging a large team strongly desired Provides supervision for custodial services at account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company. Implements business practices in order to uphold Company mission and values. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services and creation of opportunities for growth. Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED Basic Management Experience - 3 years Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
