The Information Systems Technology team continues to expand in order to meet the needs of our integration with the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System (SCLHS). There are opportunities for healthcare IT professionals in all disciplines (Epic and ancillary applications, training, testing, interface, security and others) to be a part of this tremendous growth opportunity.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for providing management over the Health Network IT functions within the region and will manage a team of Application Implementation and Support Analyst and Regional Trainers. These functions include implementation, training and Tier 1 Application Support performed by Application Analysts and Regional Trainers. This role with partner with the PMO Office, Network, Desk Top and Site Operations Director for shared services provided by IT. This role will coordinate with end users, vendors and consultants, which will include duties such as running meetings, gathering requirements and managing budgets. Will serve as a project manager on assigned projects. Perform workflow analyses and recommend process changes to enhance department's productivity. Strong trouble shooting and communication skills used for both implementation and support of the Health Network systems. Assists in the development of tactics and approaches to support the mission and strategies of Health Networks. The role will facilitate cross-functional teams for the management of a project and support environment with an emphasis on quality, productivity and consistency. Responsibilities will include planning, estimating, scheduling, tracking, controlling, hiring, performance evaluations, goal setting and measuring. They Manager will act as a change agent.
