Growing and maintaining this unique system calls for people with a unique set of skills-the most important of which is knowledge of Epic software. With a background in Epic and backed by the resources of Kaiser Permanente, you'll help define the future of care delivery through technology. These roles are highly independent and entail everything from performing needs analysis and identifying areas of improvement to system development and implementation. Qualifications: Come develop, define, publish, and execute project plans of all sorts. As an Epic Project Manager, you'll identify resources, define roles and responsibilities, and assign roles to key project participants. You will also balance schedules, monitor scope and budget, renegotiate when necessary, and perform variance analysis. Epic Project Managers also report out on deliverable completions and budget expenditures; coordinate, facilitate and monitor project milestones and budgets for assigned projects; provide recognition of performance achievements and project success; and communicate complex information in a simple manner so that executives can make informed decisions and project participants can perform their work effectively. You will also be expected to elevate issues as appropriate and communicate indicators and outcomes so that executives can calculate performance, trajectory, and expected results.
