About the opportunity:
Within our internal firm services team, we have an exciting opportunity for an Epurchase Consultant. This is a highly administrative role with client facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Inbox management
- Assisting system users with issues/training relating to ePurchase and Thinclient
- Running training sessions
- Logging of IT issues and following up
- Assisting with system/policy implementation
- Following up of non compliance
- Creating and maintaining online user guides
- Maintenance of online website and collaboration sites
Experience / skills / knowledge
- Purchase management system experience – ideally Basware exposure
- Fast learner
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Excellent telephone manner
- Word and Excel experience
- High professional standards
- Problem solving background
