A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fleet and Equipment Finance Documentation officer to join a well renowned financial institution during the role out of new legislation, based in the CBD.

As the new Equipment Finance Documentation officer you will be required to provide assistance to the senior documentation specialist with the new Personal Property Securities Act 2009 implementation. The position will sit within the Fleet and Equipment Finance team and your responsibilities will include but not be limited to preparation of documentation relating to security registrations, data analysis and data manipulation, and administrative duties.

In order to be successful for this role you will be required to have previous experience in working within a fleet or equipment finance role, preferably within a documentation and administrational position. You will demonstrate experience with Leasing systems preferably, but most importantly you will have advanced excel skills including pivot table and data manipulation experience.
