Equipment Operator I-III: Frac

This position will travel from our Alvord, TX location to work two weeks at a time in the Midland, TX area. Must be expert in operation of frac, nitro and multi-frac pumps, sand and line equipment, including iron, valves and well heads. Competently run blender, hydration equipment, chemical van, including loading chemicals and operating pumps and fluid testing. Perform basic maintenance on truck chassis, pumping equipment, and blending equipment. Rig in frac iron and hoses which involves heavy lifting and carrying of a variety of pipes and hoses while walking on an uneven outdoor surface.

Drive commercial vehicle trucks over various types of road conditions and terrain. Operate a forklift truck. Maintain all employee related paperwork, time sheets, driver DOT logs, trip sheets, etc. Wash and maintain equipment to Company standards. This job description reflects the minimum job duties for the lower level position.

High School diploma or equivalent certification is required. Minimum of six months experience in well service fracturing required. Must have a current valid vehicle operator’s license with a “clean” driving record. Must have Class A CDL with Hazmat and tanker endorsements. Forklift certification and hydraulic manlift certifications also required. These requirements reflect the minimum requirements for the lower level position. The level at which a candidate is hired into is dependent upon the skill level and previous related experience of that candidate and the minimum qualifications for such level that they are hired.
