Equities Analyst recruitment

Permanent opportunity to join a leading Global Financial Organisation in Glasgow City Centre which can offer true career enhancement and progression.

The suitable analyst will have a solid background in a financial services environment and typically will be highly experienced in the settlement of equities, fixed income, structured products and bonds across UK and International Markets, with working knowledge of third party custodian systems. A demonstrable awareness of market practises and risk is essential as is specific and current product and industry knowledge specific to Investment Banking and UHNW propositions.

You will be experienced managing risk within a similar environment, displaying an awareness of key risks within their department and proposition and an ability to monitor, mitigate and own all risk items. The analyst will also be fully aware of all regulatory and compliance policies specific to their field.

You will lead the way in terms of setting minimum standards within their team/department to ensure effective delivery of all services offered to internal and external clients. An excellent knowledge of your clients and practical approach to problem solving is essential. You should show strong influencing and communication skills, staying close to the business needs at all times.
