Equities Corporate Access, Hong Kong recruitment
Corporate Access fulfills a hybrid function, advising corporates on their investor relations strategies (including MA, IPO and non-deal road shows) as well as providing investors with access to company management teams through company visits, field trips and conferences. The team works closely with GS Research, Equities, FICC, Investment Banking and the Financing Group / Corporate Broking.
This role works closely with Corporate Access Originators
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute a range of high quality Corporate Access events—company visits, non-deal roadshows, field trips, corporate days and conferences.
- Handle Corporate access event logistics- organizing transportation, booking group meeting venues, ordering FB, arranging production and delivery of presentation materials etc.
- Organize investor schedules to the region to see Asian companies by working closely with the client/sales person.
- Set up and maintain Corporate Access events in Horizon and use of client services platforms Client Link, COMET.
Experience/Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, communication and organization skills
- The ability to priorities effectively and meet deadlines while managing a large number of projects running concurrently
- Detailed oriented
- Proven abilities to work in a team
- A good working knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint is important
- A general understanding of the Equities market would be helpful
