Equities Instruments Data Projects Lead recruitment
Our client is top tier investment bank who are currently recruiting Equities Instrument Data Projects Lead. The Global Instrument Reference Data Group will support all asset classes of instrument reference data.
This program of works include process and technology improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to synthesize optimal business requirements from as is state documentation, SOPs, interviews with key stakeholders is a critical skills
Specific skills:
Synthesize multiple contributions from disparate sources into first class deliverables
Interview and document as-is state for process and technology components of instruments reference data.
Recommend opportunities for improvement
which have appropriate controls, reporting, KPIs and metrics
Develop business cases and cost benefit analyses Integrate opportunities into agreed strategy
Create and manage project plans for implementing strategy
Communicate status and risks in a consistent and efficient manner
Determine appropriate test/use cases
Execute testing and communicate progress/results in a consistent and efficient manner
Essential Skills
BA./BS Degree or equivalent preferred
Deep experience (not just management) in instrument reference data related projects
A strong understanding of operational processes, challenges and issues Past successes in running a controlled process and designing operational controls
Working knowledge wholesale credit products
Proven project and team management skills
Process re engineering experience
Demonstrated stakeholder and vendor management skills
Strong analytical and creative solution abilities.
Ability to make decisions and escalate issues as appropriate
Strong communications and presentation skills
