Equities Product and Platforms Specialist recruitment
Responsibilities:
• The equities Product Specialist is responsible for coordination and execution of on-going client support requirements.
• You will contribute to the overall product planning and be assisting peers with the execution of the product lifecycle.
• You will also work closely with team members globally to gather and prioritize market and client requirements, create detailed functional specifications, collaborate with development resources, provide quality assurance and guide clients.
• Conduct a thorough User Acceptance Testing and roll-out on a regular basis
• You shall ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals while achieving client satisfaction.
Requirements:
• 4+years of work experience in relevant financial services company environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
• Must be fluent spoken and written with both English and Mandarin
• Strong team player
• Detail oriented and organized work flow
