Equities Product Control – Investment Banking recruitment
Seen as one of the leading Financial Services organisations in the Australian Market, this firm’s Institutional Banking arm is currently looking to add to their Product Control and Markets Finance division. The division currently serves the Bank’ s Institutional, Corporate and Business clients across a range of financial product offerings in terms of financial control, front office reporting, analysis, product + regulatory accounting.
This particular role will focus on Institutional Cash Equities. The role is can be best described as all encompassing with specific responsibilities including:
- Producing the daily, weekly and monthly reporting for the Cash Equities
- Balance Sheet reconciliations and assisting with Budgeting and Forecasting
- Liaising with Front Office to determine business + reporting requirements.Contribute to the division’s strategy for continual improvement.
- An additional key part of this role will be supporting and contributing to the divisons Management Information Reporting in terms of the business unit’s performance and subsequent analysis.
What are we looking for? To be considered for this role it is imperative that you come from a product control environment from either an IB or Insto/Commercial bank and have an indepth understanding of Financial Markets and Products. Ideally you will also be CA/CPA qualified and have previous Equities or Derivatives Product Control/Accounting experience. In this role you will gain exposure to a broad range of Financial Products, be able to work in a professional environment and have the advantage of a work-life balance.
