Such trusted long term relationships ensure the firm remains responsive and adaptable to complex and specialist opportunities.
Our client is looking for an individual with a strong background in equity analysis / ECM or MA, to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
You should have exceptional bottom-up research skills, ideally with experience of looking at mid market or less liquid companies and will need to demonstrate a proactive approach, the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy under limited supervision, carrying significant responsibility as key members of a young and dynamic team. You should also have excellent spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Additional languages are an advantage, especially German.
Working very closely with senior and highly respected members of the business, key responsibilities will include:
- pre-mandate opportunity review and analysis
- writing cross asset research pieces following visits to company’s management
- liaison with the capital markets team for equity/debt issuance process management
- modelling and pitch preparation
- new deal execution
- assistance/support in new business generation, including extensive client contact
