Equity Capital Markets (Equities) IT Platforms Product Manager
Job Responsibilities
•Manage and execute all client support requests, monitoring their progress and ensuring that they are properly performed
•Provide product support for all Asia-based clients utilizing the business’s platform software
•Act as a primary liaison with all client support issues, as well as providing client training sessions
•Contribute expertise in product planning, and providing assistance during the implementation of the product lifecycle
•Create detailed functional specifications from both client and market requirements, with regular involvement in product development including testing and business requirement documentation
•Maintain and develop long-term customer-vendor relationships with the business’s Asian clients
Job Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline, with prior work in an IT support role at a financial institution
•Coding, testing and implementation experience, with knowledge in equity related IT software/platforms
•Excellent interpersonal skills and communicative abilities, and capable of building long-term customer-client relationships
•Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, Korean/Japanese abilities a plus
