Equity Analyst
Our client is looking for someone to work directly with two PM's to analyse and assess investment opportunities and in due course, take responsibility for originating those ideas as well.
The role will have a broad scope and will not be restricted to any one or two sectors - a real generalist role. They view themselves as Investors rather than Traders and are looking for an individual with the same passion for longer term investing.
Our client is looking for someone who has top tier academics and is likely to have started their career in MA or Equity Research and subsequently made the move over to a PE firm. Consequently, this a a great opportunity for someone who may currently be at a top tier PE firm but who has a real desire to develop their career in public investing.
This is an Analyst role but there is real potential for this person to be given the opportunity to manage significant AUM in the future - both PM's were previously Analysts and are now managing substantial books themselves. (They were also both previoulsy employed at top tier PE firms themselves).
