Equity Analyst / Global Equities / Wealth Management
The Role:
The successful candidate will report directly into the Head of Equity Research.
The role will involve the analysis and research of direct global equities – large to mid cap (UK, Europe, US). Helping to formulate investment strategy.
Researching and scrutinizing stock ideas to decide whether the investment is interesting and worthwhile. Monitoring companies under coverage and reporting back to the investment committee with presentations and written reports.
Supporting the research team on a daily basis and working with the portfolio construction and strategy team to feed in research ideas.

The Candidate:
At least 4 years’ relevant experience in direct equity analysis and stock selection – Pan European and broad sector coverage
Equity research and the ability to fish out a good investment opportunity!
Private Client business understanding
Graduate degree is essential
CFA or willingness to study.
Excellent report writing skills.
Ability to understand business drivers and market common sense is essential.
Good Excel skills.
Bloomberg.
