Candidate background
They are now looking to add an investment analyst to their team, who will work on the following:
detailed financial analysis of companies
financial modelling and valuations
bottom up fundamental investment review
preparation of investment case memorandum
visiting company management
identification of investment opportunities
They are interested in meeting someone with a background as follows:
Strategy consultant, investment banking, sell or buy side equity analysts
Oxford/ Cambridge/ Durham academics
Excellent mathematical background
Strong financial modelling skills
Currently with a blue chip name
Candidates are likely to be at the 'Senior Analyst' or ‘Associate’ level’ or similar in their current role and be happy carrying out detailed financial analysis and modelling
