Equity Associate Director recruitment
There is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the worlds leading Investment Managers supporting the European and Global Equity Portfolio Managers, at the Associate Director level.
You will be responsible for managing the team and daily operational activities, as well as actively contributing to longer term goals and initiatives.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Managing the daily operational activities across the team
- Contributing to the on-going strategic development of the team
- Proactively building relationships across the organisation, specifically within the investment community
- Acting as a conduit between the Portfolio Manager and other business areas including Equity Trading, Investment Administration and Customer Operations
- Assisting and coordinating the daily trading, transition and portfolio manager support activities
- Recommending strategies for the transition of both new and existing clients to different equity investment disciplines
The successful candidate will have extensive management experience from an Investment Management company. You will have a strong understanding of the investment process and good equity knowledge. You will hold an Investment Management Certificate (IMC) qualification, or be committed to complete one within 6 months. You will be highly organised and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
