Equity CFD Client Services Associate recruitment

Overview:
Our client is a fast growing CFD provider, which is the leading CFD business operating in the Asia Pacific region. This Equity CFD Client Services position would be suitable for a recent graduate with around 1-2 years of call centre or client services experience, who is interested in working in a role more directly market-related.

It is anticipated that most candidates within the Client Services team would usually spend approximately 18-24 months within client services learning the products, software and procedures and then move into other areas withing the business - typically into CFD Sales.

Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for supporting sales staff, and in direct contact with external CFD trading clients. The position responsibilities will include:
• Provide external CFD trading clients with after-sales support
• Assistant sales staff with client paperwork
• Maintain and update client details on internal CRM software
• Provide clients with telephone support for both demo and live client trading software
• Organise and book seminars and all relevant equipment needed.
• Phone new clients to explain client software set up
• Undertake ad hoc work, as requested.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Prerequisites:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Professional verbal personal presentation
• Attention to detail and passions for client satisfaction.
• Strong computer literacy
• Relevant tertiary degree (Commerce, Business or Economics preferred)
• Previous experience in a trading environment.
• Previous financial industry experience
