Job description
The main target clients will be financial institutions such as pension funds, insurance companies, asset  managers and corporates that use equity derivatives from a tactical or strategic point of view.  The region to be covered is Netherlands and Scandinavia. The candidate will pro-actively seek for new sales opportunities in the region. Cooperation with relationship managers and other departments within ING serve as an important source to generate (new) client business.

Your responsibilities are to:
- pro-actively seek for new sales opportunities in the region
- maintain relations with external clients
- cooperate with relationship managers and other departments within ING
- actively develop new product angles
- work within the risk framework of ING
- have in depth knowledge of institutional regulatory frameworks

Who are we looking for?
A candidate with the following personal profile:
-5-10 years of working experience in financial business
-working knowledge of financial institutions business
-a good institutional relationship network
-excellent product knowledge of equity derivatives
-a track record of generating revenue
-communicates (oral and written) in English fluently, preferably also in Dutch
-initiates regular client meetings and presentations 
-highly proactive approach to business and the drive to accomplish goals
-self-starter with an energetic work style
-excellent oral and written presentation skills
-excellent interpersonal skills and a proven record of working effectively within a team
-sound academic background with an emphasis on finance based degrees

Work environment
Financial Markets (FM) is a part of ING Wholesale Banking and is international orientated. The PPI Equity Derivatives desk is a team within the Sales organization of Financial Markets, and serves clients in the Netherlands Scandinavia.
