Equity Derivatives Sales recruitment
Our client is a leading European Corporate and Investment Bank, looking to expand their Equity Derivatives Sales desk. The candidate will work in a team of seven people which covers International Institutional clients (Banks, Insurance, Pension Funds, Asset Managers and HFs), selling the full spectrum of Equity Derivatives products (plain vanilla options, TRS, dividend swaps, exotic payoffs, ETFs and delta one products). Their role will be to focus on real money accounts (HF, Prop Desk, Pension and Sovereign funds etc) in both the UK and potentially the Scandinavian region and will be based in London.
A successful candidate will have a proven ability to develop new business in a specific niche market as well as an established transferable client base. They will have the capability to coordinate future business development across Europe from the London hub. The candidate should have from 6 to 12 years prior experience in Equity Derivative sales from comparable Regional or Global banks.
