Equity Derivatives Senior Project Manager (VP Level) recruitment
This top tier Investment Bank are currently undergoing a large scale, multi year programme of strategic change to build systems to fully automate the trade lifecycle of equity derivatives products. The flow derivatives products have been migrated to the new system now a Project Manager is required to deliver the Structured Equity Derivatives business.
The role requires an individual with a solid background in software development with experience of building large scale and complex systems. In terms of business you will need solid experience of post trade equity derivatives - STP, Workflow, Trade Capture...
As the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the senior stakeholders in the business in Asia while overseeing the development team. Ideally you will have solid experience of systems architecture and code review. The system is built using Core Java server with C# front ends. We can consider strong development managers from any technology provided you have the relevant business knowledge.
