Equity Derivatives Support Lead – Delta 1 Trading Desk

This position is to Lead the dedicated Delta 1 Front Office Support Team within the Equity Derivatives business of a leading Tier 1 Investment Bank. The team provides 1st and 2nd line technical support to the core Equity Derivatives systems, with a primary focus on the Delta 1 and Flow Volatility Trading desks.

As well as hands-on technical support you will be expected to take on the leadership role and management responsibilities for the team, driving the Problem and Incident Management structure to develop and improve the team’s performance and delivery.

Your CV must display the following knowledge and technical skills:

Prior leadership experience is not required, but an ability and willingness to both manage a team and provide hands-on technical support in a high-pressure environment is essential. You must have an excellent understand of Problem and incident management, with an ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, prioritising the relevant issues that arise.
