Equity Derivatives Trade Support (Manager)
Job Description
Manage the Equity Derivatives Trade support team (includes products such as Warrants, Swaps and Futures)
Oversee the lifecycle of events (Issue, resets, expiration)
Ensure smooth running of the operations (proper recording of transactions, reconciliation done)
Investigate breaks and escalate irregularities
Suggest process improvements
Job Criteria
This role requires the incumbent to have a Degree in Accountancy/Business- Finance. (Or relevant degree) Moreover, the candidate will have at least 5 years of Equity Derivatives Trade Support experience (Warrents, Swaps, Futures). Good experience in Delta One, Equity Derivatives, Equity Finance or have worked historically in a Prime brokerage Trade Support team can be considered. The candidate should be independent, motivated and have good analytical and communication skills.
