Equity Exotics – Index & Single Stocks recruitment
My client is one of the worlds leading investment banks and is currently recruiting for a middle office manager VP to work in equity exotics and hybrids business. You will be managing a team of around 15 split across three desks, Index exotics, single stock exotic derivatives and structured products under fund format.
The key responsibility of this position includes:
*Drive the business forward through your understanding of equity exotics
*Grow and manage a range of product types tailored to meet the requirements of specific investors
*Allow increase volumes and revenues to be facilitated unhindered in a controlled and cost efficient environment
*Manage the lifecycle of the trades from their original booking to settlement and risk exposure
The ideal candidate will be control focused with very high technical ability and understanding of equity exotics due to the complex nature of the role. You should have experience of man management and project management would be an added bonus.
