Equity Investment Risk Analyst recruitment
he successful candidate will be responsible for:
The risk analysis and review of equity and multi asset funds with senior team members, fund managers, desk heads and management
Production and daily running of risk reports
Developing excellent risk measures for the equity funds
Developing key relationships with the internal stakeholders of the business
Assisting the product development team with the launch and development of new products
Discussing risk management with investors and other relevant third partiesExcellent academic record in a quantitative fieldStudies towards or completion of additional qualifications are desirable but not compulsory (CFA/PRM/FRM) Pro-active team player with the ability take initiative on projectsGood communication skills the ability to interact with different departmentsThe confidence to be able to productively challenge fund managers on fund positioningStrong Excel skills (VBA knowledge desirable but not compulsory)Working knowledge of risk systems desirable
Key Skills/Experience:
Strong understanding of Equities and Derivatives
Excellent understanding of financial markets, risk management and market risk measures
